The whole family flew to North Carolina to spend a few days relaxing with Stephanie before she walks across that Georgetown law stage and graduates. Some had 5 hour flights (lucky us), some were in three airports with twenty hours of travel time and some had flights canceled, luggage lost and were stuck in Texas for more than 12 hours. But thankfully we all made it and all that hard work to get here didn't compare to the tremendous amount of work and sacrifice that it took my sister to not only finish law school but to rock it.
My sister is brilliant. She did amazing things in high school, excelled at Berkeley and now just completed Georgetown law! She is not only an excellent student but she even had time to party, meet Keith, make lifelong friends and remain being a wonderful daughter and a loving sister. Doing all of that takes work and she was able to do it very very well.
Not only is she a daughter and a sister but now she is an aunt. Claire has gotten to spend so much time with her and it's evident his much she loves her. I hope that Stephanie's determination and hard work ethic rub off on Claire because I never would have been able to accomplish everything that Stephanie has.
Stephanie showed us around DC Yesterday, we saw her campus and a few famous Washington sights and Stephanie is right at home. In a few months she will start her career at the department of transportation and I know that she will make that her own too.
I could not be more proud of her tenacity and amazing accomplishment.
I love you Stephanie
Congratulations!!
