At my two week check up I had lost 13 pounds, that weight loss was mostly from blood and amniotic fluid loss, my placenta and Claire. I have 36 pounds to lose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, that will be my goal right now but in the end I would like to lose about 40 and become more toned overall.
Also plan on going back to Cypress Fit Body Boot Camp when I can, those early mornings will be rough, but I know I can get back to it.
I think I would also like to get into Barre, Teresa has tried it out and I am excited to give it a shot and start working out with my gym buddy again!
