I started this a few weeks ago after I finished whole 30 but then totally forgot about it haha
I miss whole30 and will be starting again on April 18th if you wanna join
my non scale victories were amazing - more energy, less headaches, less irritability, no more stomach bloat and overall I felt good. Period. It was amazing.
