Training with Lora... week ?!?!?

Arm - 11.5 inches                                                   10.15 inches (lost more than an inch)
Neck - 13 inches                                                     12 inches (lost an inch)
Chest - 37.25 inches                                               33.5 (changes with breastfeeding but its gone down)
Waist - 38 inches                                                    upper: 33.5 lower: 34 (about 4 inches lost)
Hip -  44.5 inches                                                   40.5 (lost 4 inches) 
Thigh - 25.5 inches                                                 22 (lost 3.5 inches)
Calf - 16 inches                                                      14.35 (lost almost 2inches)

Now, I know it has been awhile since I checked in on the stuff I just kept forgetting and just never sat down to do it but now that I had a little bit of time and just got measured I thought I might as well throw this together so I can remember where I started :)
Feeling really good and have been working out at least three days a week but when I added barre into my routine I really got the extra push I needed. I am thankful to my friends who work out with me and push me and also my trainer! Lora is awesome and so helpful with nutrition and with holding Claire so I can get my workouts in. On The Ball Fitness is where I go and you should totally check it out or go workout with me sometime!

Ryan has recently started working out too and it has been fun to go on lots of walks with Claire and incorporate her into our workouts. We are trying to eat clean and cut out sodium and it really does help us feel so much better. I am feeling strong and I am really excited to see how my body can keep changing and I can keep getting stronger. I am still 8 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight but I feel really comfortable and even as I push myself to my goal weight which is still 10 pounds away I remind myself that the number isn't what matters.
